The Christmas Holiday may require a minimum of 3 nights and some extra charges may be applied. The cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival except for the Holiday season wich has a 15 days cancellation policy. Pets are not allowed and will result in a $100 fee. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $100 charge.
